Charles B. Homsher, Founder and President of the Board

From sowing in the wheat fields of Colorado, to the Lord uniting Peggy Hopkins and I in holy matrimony, to the move to Denver, Colorado so that I could begin my Bible College training, I have seen God working in my life.

While in Denver, I began a Sunday School bus route, marking the beginning of sowing and reaping in the harvest field of youth.  Later, while pastoring in Boulder, CO, Peggy and I continued to expand our outreach from Bus Centered Rallies to local Church Rallies in all 50 States and abroad, reaching hundreds and thousands of precious souls.

2011 will mark our 59th Annual Campaign into the "fields that are white unto harvest." To God be the Glory!

Larry L. Koontz, Executive Director

After several years of serving as a layperson, Larry Koontz became the children’s pastor at Bethel Baptist Church in Schaumburg, IL in 1998. In February of 2003, God called him to serve as Director of Neighborhood Bible Time. Brother Koontz thoroughly enjoys training young men for ministry, helping local churches with outreach and evangelism, and discipling children and teens.

Kathryne Godoy, Administrative Assistant

Kathryne was a part of Bible Time for the first time as a teenager who attended a Bible Time rally at her local church. In the summer of 2006, she worked as a summer assistant in the NBT office. After finishing her degree in administrative management in December of 2006, Kathryne joined the Neighborhood Bible Time team in 2007 as the full time administrative assistant. She enjoys hearing the testimonies of what the Lord does in hearts and lives throughout the summer.

Kathryne and her husband Saul were married in September of 2008 and are actively helping with a local church plant. God blessed them with their firstborn son Benjamin in February of 2011.
