Neighborhood Bible Time began in 1952 in the hearts of Rev. and Mrs. Charles B. Homsher.
Their desire was to reach the neighborhood kids in the slums of Denver, Colorado.
They began conducting children's programs on a school bus in different locations.
The Lord blessed and the outreach and effectiveness of the ministry has grown.
The emphasis on enthusiasm, evangelism, Scripture memory and Bible Study has not changed over these many years.
The 1999 Evangelists were part of 232 crusades in 42 states, Canada, South Africa and Brazil.
44,378 young people were reached with the Gospel, with 7,815 Salvation decisions,
1,825 Dedication decisions, and 13,354 teens reached.
