Where do the evangelists come from?
The evangelists are young men from fundamental colleges in the United States. These men desire the intense discipline, training, and opportunity of our ministry.

Where do the evangelists stay?
The church is responsible for housing the evangelists. They may stay in homes, motels, or the church's "prophet chamber." The place they stay should be comfortable, so they can rest, and be near the church, so they do not have to spend a great deal of time traveling.

What do we, as a church, have to do to prepare for Bible Time?
Bible Time provides various guides and training cassettes to direct your preparation for the crusade. Each one provides detailed information. Basically, the church enlists and trains the teachers and workers, promotes the crusade, canvasses the neighborhoods, and organizes transportation.

Why is Bible Time so effective in reaching youth in a community?
Three things characterize Bible Time: enthusiasm, excitement, and evangelism. The two evangelists bring new faces with a youthful spirit to the crusade, the incentives and spirit of competition builds excitement and evangelism, both in class and Rally Time, and motivates the teachers and workers.

How many teachers does a church need to have for Bible Time?
Church teachers and assistants instruct the 4 & 5 year olds and grades 1-6. The workers will be trained to use the flash card Bible and missionary stories from helps found in the Pre-school Guide and on the cassette. Determine your plan by your expected enrollment and the number of teachers available. Here are the plans for pre-school through 6th grade.

PLAN A
-- 14 teachers and 5 classrooms for each 350 or fewer youth enrolled.

PLAN B
-- 8 teachers and 5 classrooms for each 350 or fewer youth enrolled.

PLAN C
-- Some churches have fewer than 8 teachers and less classroom space. NBT is flexible. Our program is adaptable to your facilities and the number of workers available.

Can we have Bible Time in the evenings?
Bible Time can be held in the evenings. These are called Twilight Crusades. They are one-half hour shorter. Sometimes a church will choose a Twilight Crusade because they will be able to recruit more workers who are available in the evenings.

Why don't you have craft time in NBT?
Craft time usually takes up a great deal of time. Also, it is expensive. The children will all have souvenirs and ribbons as reminders of Bible Time to replace the traditional crafts. The daily handbook study and coloring are done at home.
